Neighborhood Asian spot. Great sushi and typical Pan-Asian food typical in NYC. I take my kid for his Bento Box. If you are looking for a local eatery with consistency and affordable Asian cuisine, this may be the spot for you. They have a nice-looking bar, and the husband and wife team do a good job running the place. They make good drinks and are generous with their pour. They are closed on Tuesdays, and it is half a block from Queena Blvd, making this a very convenient location.

I chose the Neighborhood roll and it filled with Lobster salad, shrimp, avocado, cucumber, crunch flakes, and caviar wrapped in green soy paper with miso glaze. No rice and absolutely divine!!!

5 stars for service, 4 stars for good food. Hidden gem with so much to offer, serving both sushi and a Thai menu. The space has a nice ambiance if you want to sit in the booths with the lounge seats creating a more date vibe. For family or larger parties, you can sit by the back tables. We came here on the fly, Alex and his staff worked to put together tables for 24 of us in ten minutes (I called ahead). He and his staff were very attentive, quickly served drinks we ordered and they brought us appetizer plates to share our food if we wanted to. Our entire group really enjoyed the Thai curry dishes (red, green and the massaman were a hit). Pad see ew was the most popular dish of the night and of course, sushi. Kiddos were fans of the rolls (eel avocado, California, and custom captains roll). I enjoyed the sashimi deluxe and chirashi - fish was fresh and nicely plated. Guilty pleasure was the Thai Iced Tea for me, it was so good. Perfect amount of sweetness and not too much ice. Great flavor. Next time you're in the neighborhood, tell Alex that Jeannie from Yelp sent you. He was so nice and had a wonderful sense of humor. We asked for separate checks early on and he made a great effort to get all of our checks in order. Very pleased with the entire staff.

I tried the rock shrimp and the Thai fried rice with shrimp. The rock shrimp was good but I was a little thrown off that the sauce came on the side. Nonetheless the shrimp was fresh, hot and crispy. The Thai fried rice was also made fresh. The service was good; waitress was friendly. They have a lunch menu with specials. I ordered an ice tea and was completely thrown off; it was not Lipton. I did not care for it.

Hado is our go to round the corner sushi spot. Always fresh, delicious and filling. They also have pretty fast delivery, so don't hop in the shower and start singing show tunes, because you will miss your delivery lol. Anyway we ordered the Maki lunch special. Placed an order for the two and three roll special. We had the salmon with avocado, white tuna with avocado, eel with avocado, shrimp tempura and salmon tempura rolls. The rolls come with a choice of either miso soup or garden salad. We opted for the soup. Hot and delicious The prices have gone up slightly, as with everything else right now but still not ridiculously expensive like some places I have recently come across. All in all good food, great customer service. Enjoy!

Today was my first time trying some food from this particular restaurant. The out side of the restaurant looks really cool.the doors are the old Camelot kind of doors.you cant eat inside do to covid, but they have delivery and take out. I ordered the chicken fried rice with no vegetables, and my my wife ordered the sushi. The cashier was pretty nice, and the wait was about 20 minutes, but it was worth it.The food was fresh, I really enjoyed my chicken and fried rice with eggs and really nice chunks of white meat chicken ,decent portions. It was seasoned just right ,I have to admit there chicken and fried rice is definitely some of the best I have tasted hands down. This restaurant is definitely a hidden gem on the briarwood side queens. Me and my family will definitely go back to this restaurant again.
